Our Special Projects Division provides full-service contracting direct to owners. These are typically TI projects that include small refreshes all the way to full demo and remodels.
“Suite k”
Suite K was a total remodel of an existence office space for a daycare for special needs children. This involved selective demolition, metal framing, drywall, MEPS, division 10 and more.
“Dr. Bacon”
Dr. Bacon was a light remodel of an active medical space. We performed our work in coordination with the active medical practice with great results!
