These three buildings are all multi-tenant retail facilities in the booming northwest side of Indianapolis. We framed these buildings and have built out a couple interiors for tenants as well.

VILLAGE BOTTLE SHOPPE #5

Village Bottle Shoppe is a freestanding shopping center new build that we provided framing, insulation, drywall, doors/frames/hardware, ACT ceilings and division 10. Stop by next time you’re in town for a Purdue basketball game - Boiler up!

NEW HOPE FOR FAMILIES

New Hope for Families consisted of one metal-framed and one stick-framed building. We provided all the framing, drywall hang and finish and D/F/H. This project turned out great!

CROSSROAD ENGINEERS

Crossroad Engineers is a roughly 16,000 sq. ft. new construction designed by the owner. We had the privilege of doing all of the structural and interior framing, insulation, drywall, ACT ceilings, doors/frames/hardware and division 10 finishes.

INGALLS CREEK SHOPPES

Ingalls Creek is a freestanding shopping center that we framed, installed sheathing and insulated to be ready for future tenants to build out. Located right off I-69 just outside of Fishers, it’s located in an ideal, rapidly growing corner of the city.
